ABOUT WJHU

Who We Are

WJHU is Johns Hopkins University student radio. We are a student-run internet radio station that broadcasts an eclectic variety of shows by students from a diverse range of backgrounds. WJHU is dedicated to providing quality programming to further student and community engagement with the arts.

WJHU allows anyone to propose a show featuring format and content of their choosing. Shows are subject to an approval process by programming, and are run on a weekly basis. WJHU streams 24/7, but our full schedule of shows can be found on our website. If you would like to start a show, email a proposal to wjhumanager@gmail.com.

One of our other missions is to connect the Hopkins student body with the vibrant Baltimore arts scene. We have worked with artists such as: DIIV, Dan Deacon, Ed Schrader’s Music Beat, Jukebox the Ghost, Rye Rye, TT the Artist, Hijokaidan, Wiki, Norwegian Arms, Machine Girl, Del Water Gap, Gloss Gang, and more.
